SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Four primary King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Two additional bedrooms with two twin beds (4 twins altogether) and separate full bathrooms. Twins can be converted to a King upon request.
Additional sleeping arrangements available – sleeper sofas, futon mattresses, air mattresses, and pack n plays for infants.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances. There are several companies online that can provide this to you at a nominal cost to your overall vacation investment.
To guarantee early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an extra night before or after your stay. Otherwise, these requests are subject to availability and cleaning schedules.
Holiday stays spanning both Christmas and New Year’s require a 10-night minimum.
The Villas at Po’ipu Kai is located in Po’ipu at the southernmost tip of Kauai. This region is known for the the best weather on the island, offering world class beaches which are all within walking distance of our unit.
A few minutes to the east you will find the adventurous cliff-jumpers and white sand of Shipwreck’s Beach. After a day of exploring e island you can enjoy the ocean view and fine dining at Tidepools Restaurant located in the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
An even shorter stroll to the west lands you at the famous Brennecke’s and Po’ipu Beaches where you will find a playground and the comfort of an on-duty lifeguard, don’t be surprised when you find sea turtles here bathing in the sun. A perfect night ends with take out out down by the water and a picnic to enjoy the tropical sunsets.
Of course you could always just choose to relax by our resort-style pool. And head into old Koloa town for some ice cream at Koloa Mill or some traditional Island fare at Sueoka’s snack shop.
